A deposit may be required to confirm orders. Custom-cut glass products are non-refundable once fabrication has commenced. Payment terms will be outlined in your quotation or invoice.
Installation timelines are estimates and may vary based on site conditions. The client is responsible for ensuring site readiness prior to installation. Our installation warranty covers workmanship for 12 months from completion.
Mufaddal Glass Distributors Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the specific product or service purchased.
